Counselling and Massage Therapy are services I am passionate about as they go hand in hand to support full body / mind health.

I am currently practicing out of a few locations. Massage is held on Fridays at Burnside and Douglas above the Lifestyle’s Market. Counselling is offered virtually on Mondays and Wednesdays, although I have some flexibility with virtual hours on other days. For in person counselling, I have a cozy space for Wednesday mornings and early afternoons located on lower Johnson street.

Note to clients booking in for Friday massage: there is occasionally a dog on site from another practitioner I share the space with.

As a dedicated counsellor, I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space for all my clients. My approach is rooted in a multi-theoretical framework, integrating several approaches such as Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Viewing experiences through a trauma informed lens is also a crucial component to the self healing journey. This diverse toolkit allows me to tailor my methods to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
